FILM ART CULTURAL & THEATRICAL SOCIETY (FACTS), Raipur is organizing an

“Inter - College Competition – cum – Festival of Short Films” for the students of Chhattisgarh. Entries are invited for this competition – cum – festival as per following details:

GENERAL THEME “बहुरंगी भारत”

“बहुरंगी भारत”(Diversity of India): Films should generally be based on / highlighting / taking cues
from / inspired by diversity of India. This diversity could be cultural, ethnic, geographical, regional, religious, racial, historical or of any other nature. Films could be fictional or fact based. They could be based on life around us, events in history, true stories or pieces from relics. These are only general guidelines. The participants may submit films / documentaries of any nature within the general theme of “बहुरंगी भारत” (diversity of India).

ELIGIBILITY                 :   Any student enrolled in any college in Chhattisgarh
DURATION                  :   For short films - minimum 5 minutes (300 seconds),

                                              maximum 12 minutes (720 seconds),
                                               including beginning and end credits

REGISTRATION FEE  :       Rs. 200/-

LANGUAGE                : Hindi / English or Chhattisgarhi

                                       (If made in any other language then it should be subtitled in English)

IMPORTANT DATES :Last date for obtaining entry forms  and for submission of films      
                                       -  30 January 2018

रायपुर टॉकीज़ : *सरोकार का सिनेमा - 25 वाँ आयोजन

रायपुर टॉकीज़ द्वारा विगत दो से भी ज्यादा वर्षों से लगातार सरोकार का सिनेमा का प्रदर्शन किया जा रहा है । लगातार जारी इस कड़ी में इस बार का प्रदर्शन बहुत विशेष रहा क्योंकि सरोकार का सिनेमा अपने 25वें आयोजन के मुकाम पर है। बहुत सीमित साधन व छोटी सी शुरुवात एवं सबके सहयोग से यह यात्रा अपनी 25वी पायदान पर पहुंची है । यह बात भी उल्लेखनीय है कि रायपुर टॉकीज़ प्रदेश की पहली संस्था है जिसके बेनर तले फिल्मो के लगातार 25 प्रदर्शन किये गए हैं । विदित हो कि रायपुर टॉकीज द्वारा सरोकार का सिनेमा श्रंखला के अंतर्गत विगत दो साल से प्रति माह लगातार सामाजिक सरोकार से जुडी फिल्मों का प्रदर्शन किया जा रहा है । 

        इस 25 वें आयोजन पर स्वतंत्रता की 70वीं वर्षगांठ चेतन आनंद की लिखित व निर्देशित सुप्रसिद्ध वार फिल्म "हकीकत " का प्रदर्शन किया गया। यह फिल्म 1962 के भारत -चीन युद्ध की पृष्ठभूमि पर बनी है ।ये फिल्म भारत की सर्वकालिक श्रेष्ठ फिल्मो मे शुमार है । फिल्म मे कैफ़ी आज़मी के भावपूर्ण गीत एवं मदन मोहन का मधुर संगीत है ।फिल्म के मुख्य कलाकार बलराज साहनी,धर्मेन्द्र,प्रिया राजवंश,विजय आनंद और जयंत हैं ।
सरोकार का सिनेमा के इस सिल्वर जुबली प्रदर्शन के अवसर पर बड़ी संख्या मे सिने प्रेमी प्रबुद्धजन उपस्थित थे । सभी दर्शकों ने रायपुर टॉकीज़ के इस प्रायोजन की सराहना करते हिए लगातार 25 प्रदर्शन करने पर संस्था को बधाई दी व भविष्य मे इसे लगातार जारी रखने की मंशा भी जाहिर की । फिल्म मे प्रवेश निःशुल्क रखा जाता है ।
